Walkthrough
- Turn to the South from Crocodile Mountain and, likely, Miss Annie.
- Head by all the closed stands toward the Top Shot Basketball game.
- Turn to the right from here, heading into the building just across the street here.
- Go into the building and head to the desk inside the building to the West.
- On the desk, you will see the Park Security Terminal.
- Interact with the terminal and choose [Holotape Review] and [October 23]
