Deploy the Uplink Module at the connection site is an objective in Fallout 76 (F76).

Quest

Travel to the National Radio Astronomy Research Center, found to the East of the National Isolated Radio Array.
Go into the building through its Northern entrance.
Inside the building, turn to the East, going to the back section of the room.
Take the stairs upward to the top level.
At the top of the stairs, go to the South and open the door there to reach the rooftop of this building.
On the rooftop, turn to the East and go to the equipment under the tent.
Interact with the Connection Platform next to the large blue machine here to install the Uplink Module.
