Walkthrough

  • Now it is time to travel to Welch in the Southwestern corner of the map.
  • Travel to the Eastern portion of town and up the hill to the marked house.
  • Just inside the marked house, on the toppled shelving, is the Overseer's Journal, Entry 5.
  • Go into your Pip-boy and listen to the Overseer's Journal.
