How to Build
The Consumer Electronics Factory is part of the Electronics Specialization and can be found in the specialization menu (shield icon in bottom left corner), under the Electronics Tab.
Ingame Description
Take your very useful, high-tech processors and put them in TVs, so Sims can fall asleep watching videos of people getting hit in the gut. Sell your TVs for profit on the Global Market via a Trade Depot. Educated workers will increase the factory's efficiency.
