Necromaner is a foe in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Abilities
They can cast: Sparks, Flames or Frostbite. When engaged in combat, they will raise skeletons that will attack you. If there are no corpses around, there is a chance they will summon a Flame Atronach.
They generally have Iron Maces or Dagger for when forced into melee or their magicka is used up.
Loot
Magicka Robes with up to 75% faster magicka regeneration. Disenchanting these robes teaches the Fortify Magicka Regeneration enchantment
