Located in the region of Velen, along the bank of the Pontar near the Border Post.
Refugees often end up living here after being denied passage into Novigrad or Oxenfurt for not having a Transit Pass
Shady Merchants sell Fake Papers here for those who have a lot of money and are looking for a way across the border.
The guards and soldiers hate the refugees here and often treat them with disrespect.
