Titus Gielas is an NPC in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
Story
You run into Titus Gielas in one of the mass grave pits in Grayrocks in Velen
Titus Gielas is a thief and a Fisstech drug dealer
He had arranged to do several Fisstech deliveries for a Eternal Fire Priest in Velen
However, his latest Fisstech delivery went wrong, when Titus got double-crossed by the priest and his guards. They attacked Titus and threw him inside a pit to be eaten by corpse eaters.
The priest then hired Geralt to burn the evidence, telling Geralt those pits are just mass graves of villagers who died from disease, hiding the truth about the drug dealings.

Dialog
Titus: If it ain't that fuckin' priest, it's corpse eaters... I'm done with this damned town.
Geralt: A priest?
Titus: We'd agreed to meet as usual, just a larger delivery... "Good customer," I thought. Then they whipped out blades!
Geralt: We still talking about a priest of the Eternal Fire?
Titus: I'd say so! Beet-stained pricks can't be trusted! This one'd ordered premium grade Fisstech from me three times, everythin' perfect... But the fourth his men came at us with knives. Sought to knock us ou`tta the trade. Shoved me in that ditch with the corpses, must've thought the ghouls would take care o'the rest.
Geralt: And to make sure, he hired a witcher to burn the bodies, destroy any evidence.
Titus: A witcher? Meaning You? So what now?
Geralt: Nothing. Didn't pay me to burn the living.
Titus: Ah thank the gods it's true what they say: though mutants, you live by a code! Oh thank you Witcher!
