Summary

The Shrine found at the foot of Rito Village in the Tabantha Frontier. Head to the right from the village entrance. Through the trees you’ll find the shrine and its challenge: Ride the Wind.

Walkthrough

Entrance

This Shrine is accessible once you get to the foot of the Rito Village. After crossing the bridged island leading up to it, head over to the right of the stairs. Stay on the ground level and head along this path. Through the trees you will find the Shrine.

Just approach the shrine and interact with it to activate it and add it into your network. When you are ready, head inside to begin its challenge.

Ride the Wind

Puzzle 1

Inside the Shrine, head down the stairs to begin. You will get to a ledge in front of you, and run to the end of the balcony. Jump and paraglide across the gap. There are strong gusts of wind from a nearby fan on the far side of the room.

Getting to the far side of the room, you are now in the wind. Turn to the right and jump from the ledge and use the paraglider. There are a number of laser coming from the ceiling and sides. Go to the opening just off the right-hand side. Glide on through it to get to the back of the room. Land on the walkway on the left.

Puzzle 2

Go around the corner and head for the hole in the floor. Get to the edge of the hole. Look down to see the opening with a very strong updraft.

There a slowly rotating semi-circle, with 1 open section. Dive down into the updraft. This slows your fall and makes it a bit easier to aim for the open section.

With the updraft, if you have any Glide armor you can have a very controlled fall.

Puzzle 3

Landing on the ground, you are on semi-broken ice. You just need to smash through somehow. You can jump on the ice a few times and it will break it. You drop through to the next level down.

This brings you down into a pit area. There are 4 Soldier Constructs on platforms here. Go to the right and toward the opening in the fencing. Optionally, fight and defeat the constructs.

Reaching the hidden Chest inside the lower portion of the Updraft chamber

Once in the lower area, look ahead to the one platform coming from the back wall with a Construct on it. Sitting on there is a Chest you can reach. Dive down toward the pit, open the paraglider start moving toward the platform. Open and close the paraglider to control your ascent and maneuver over there. Getting to the platform, it’s easy to defeat the Soldier Construct. Open the chest to receive a Strong Construct Bow.

Reaching the Innermost Chamber

After that, head for the opening in the fencing. Carefully glide through it.

On the other side, use your Paraglider to ascend up. Ride it up to reach the Innermost Chamber. Take the stairs up and interact with the Glyph to finish the Challenge.
