Walkthrough
Accept the Quest from Gralens

Inside the Lookout Landing Emergency Shelter, find and talk with Gralens. When you’ve cleared the first set of monsters, there will be more monsters that need Link’s attention. 3 more monsters are added to the hunt list. Choose the option “The sky giant”.
Gralen will explain that he’s gotten confusing reports from the Western Sky Archipeligo in Hebra.
Hunt the Flux Construct in the Hebra Sky Archipeligo

If possible, travel to the Ijo-o Shrine. Otherwise, you will want to get up into the West Hebra Sky Archipelago using Rospro Pass Skyview Tower.

When you arrive at Ijo-o Shrine you will need to drop down to the floating platform just below the one you’re on. Carefully dropping down, you will easily spot the monster.
If you are coming up from Rospro Pass Skyview, you will see the platforms. Just below the platform with the Shrine is another with the Flux Conflux.
Defeat Flux Conflux I

The Flux Conflux can be a challenging fight at times. You want to immediately focus on attacking the Core of it. Using high damage weapons can very quickly destroy the Flux Conflux.
If you need to fight it, you can expect it to attack with its Arms. It will have a few forms that it employs. It will always start as a Golem. It can attempt to punch Link, teleport to slam at Link or stomp to unleash Shockwaves at Link.
Given the chance, it will enter its second phase, where it becomes a Flying Platform. It has 2 attacks in this form. The first has it launching a series of 5 blocks at Link. The second attack has it slam down a set of 5 blocks, in a line, at Link.
Once again, you can use Ultrahand to yank the glowing block loose. You can also use Ascend to quick get up to the platform. Another option is to use Recall on the blocks its thrown at Link to return them to the Construct with Link riding it.
The final form of the Conflux is simple: A Rolling Cube. It simply attempts to flatten Link at this point.

You can stun the Flux Conflux a few ways. One of them is using Ultrahand to pull the Glowing Block out of its body. Otherwise, hitting it with a number of arrows (or simply a Bomb Arrow) to quickly stun it.

After all that, be sure to collect the Zonai Devices that the Flux Construct drops. Take a little time to fuse the Flux Core to a weapon as well. It’s a decently powerful fusion.
