Summary:

Collect the Green Crystal at -1899, -2342, -0001. Use the nearby Zonai Device pieces to construct a vehicle to easily transport the crystal to the vacant shrine ring nearby and access Rakakudaj Shrine: Rauru’s Blessing. Head inside, claim the chest and activate the statues to get the Light of Blessing.

"It seems that you can enter a Shrine of Light if you offer up a Crystal. Follow the ray of light, and offer up the crystal at the shrine."

The Gerudo Canyon Crystal Shrine Quest Walkthrough

Claim the Crystal

Head to the location at the coordinates for this quest. You will find a Green Crystal buried under some tumbleweeds. Either destroy the tumbleweeds or otherwise clear them out. Approach and pick up the Crystal to begin the quest properly.

Bring the Crystal to the Shrine

With the Crystal in Hand, you will need to bring it to the nearby empty base. This is to the North from where you find the Crystal, and the beam from the Crystal will help to guide you there. The best thing to do is use what’s nearby.

Pick up the Crystal and head to the Northwest. You’ll find 2 pieces of a 6-wheeled vehicle separated. Use Ultrahand to pick up the pieces, move them out from the rock, and re-assemble them. Attach the Green Crystal to the vehicle with Ultrahand. Climb onto the Vehicle and start driving.

Make your way to the North, going up the path and into the river running past. Drive into the river. After the first few steps, the steps in the water get to big to simply drive over. Instead, look for the dirt ramps that are mixed in. Drive up each to climb higher along the watery steps. Get to the top and you can easily just roll straight up the rock to reach the location of the Shrine itself.

When you reach Rakakudaj Shrine, stop the vehicle and get off. Use Ultrahand to get the Green Crystal off. Bring it close to the empty Semi-Circle and a cutscene plays with the Crystal becoming the Shrine entrance.

Doing all this will unlock, Rakakudaj Shrine: Rauru’s Blessing. You can approach the shrine and activate the Glyph. This will enable Fast Travel to this location and give you access to the interior of the Shrine itself.

Walkthrough

Once inside the Shrine, head forward up the stairs to the first landing. Approach and interact with the chest. Inside the chest you can find a Zonaite Longsword. Claim it and head on up the stairs.

At the top of the stairs, simply interact with the Glyph of the Innermost Chamber to activate the statues. Listen to what they have to say and you will receive a Light of Blessing. You are then automatically teleported outside the Shrine.
