Preparation

To successfully meet the Challenge you are about to face, you will need to have the book “The Armorer’s Challenge” in your Inventory. It’s not enough having just read it. You must have the book in your possession!

  • Purchase it from Phintias at First Edition in the Imperial City's Market District.
  • Take the copy found on the second floor of the Cheydinhal Fighters Guild, sitting on top of the bookcase to the right of the stairs.

Find Gin-Wulm

Talking to Gin-Wulm

Gin-Wulm is an Argonian who lives in the Imperial City. He works at The Best Defense within the Market District of the Imperial City. While he resides and works there, he spends very little there because of the argument between the other two vendors.

His daily schedule is:

  • 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM: Sleeping in his room at The Best Defense.
  • 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Walking around the Elven Garden District.
  • 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Wandering the Market District.
  • 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM: Eating dinner at The Feed Bag.

The Challenge

When you speak with Gin-Wulm, he'll ask:

"What does the name Hazadir mean to you?"

If The Armorer's Challenge is in your inventory, you'll gain the correct dialogue option:

"He won the Armorer's Challenge."

Selecting this answer proves you've completed the requirement, allowing Gin-Wulm to become your Master Armorer Trainer.
