Once you reach a skill level of 70 or higher, you will be able to talk with the Advanced Trainers to learn about the location of the Master Trainer. Either will direct you to Rusia Bradus in Anvil. She has a unique requirement for you to meet before she will train you.

Advanced Trainers

Honditar

Honditar can be found nearby Chorrol. He has a house just outside the City walls. It’s found to the West of the North County Stables outside of Chorrol.

His daily routine makes him fairly easy to track down:

• 6:00 AM: Leaves home and heads into Chorrol.
• 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Practices archery behind the Chorrol Fighters Guild.
• 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM: Spends the day at the Great Oak, where he offers Athletics training.
• 8:00 PM: Returns home.
• 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Stands outside his house if the weather is clear.
• 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM: Eats dinner.
• 12:00 AM: Goes to bed.

During rainy weather, Honditar changes his schedule slightly. Instead of practicing archery, he visits Fire and Steel to browse Rasheda's shop, and he remains inside his home during the evening rather than being outdoors.

Hauls-Rope-Faster

Hauls-Rope-Faster can be found in Anvil along the docks.

His schedule is rather unusual:

• 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM: Sleeps at The Fo'c's'le.
• 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM: Eats and drinks at The Flowing Bowl.
• 12:00 AM – 1:00 AM: Either walks the docks or returns to The Fo'c's'le.
• 1:00 AM – 4:00 AM: Gets into a daily fistfight with Thurindil outside the Harborside Warehouse.
• 4:00 AM – 6:00 AM: Returns to The Fo'c's'le before going back to sleep.

Report to Rusia Bradus

It’s time to head to Anvil to find Rusia Bradus.

• It ALWAYS counts as trespassing to enter her house.

Rusia Bradus mostly stays in the house.

Her daily routine is:

• 6:00 AM: Wakes up and remains inside her house.
• 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Eats lunch.
• 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Walks to the Anvil Dock Gate.
• 6:00 PM: Returns home for dinner.
• 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM: Continues wandering inside the house.
• 12:00 AM: Goes to bed.

If you enter her house, you will need to rush over to Rusia and talk with her before her dialogue can progress past the warnings.

Explore Cyrodiil

• If you already found 30 locations before meeting her, she’ll immediately accept you.

Rusia Bradus will only accept the Hero as a student if they have found 30+ locations across Cyrodiil. This does include locations found within the Shivering Isles and other plug-ins available to you. You don't need to complete the location, just have it on your map.
