Summary
A single zone, smallish cave found in the Blackwood. It’s on the southern shore of the Panther River. It is a necromancer cave, so expect them, and their undead minions. The cave’s top portion loops but there’s a Southwestern area where you can find the boss.

Walkthrough

Leading up to the cave, you can find a staircase. Just outside are a few crates that can be looted. You can find Nirnroot along the shoreline to the West of the base of the stairs. There are a few zombie corpses, for you to grab some Mort Flesh from. Just head inside the cave after that.

Start by heading inside and down the slope. You’re likely to find an animal prowled at the base of the slope. At the base of the slope, you’ll also find a wall splitting the area into 2, with a T-intersection. Both sides will lead to the same area.

At the start, if you go to the left (East), go East until the path splits again. Look to the North and follow a short path. This leads to a dead-end with a Necromancer meandering about it. There’s a table with a book on it. More importantly, to the right of that table is a Locked Chest (Average).
Head to the South after that. Pass back through the intersection and into the next tunnel. This tunnel has a jagged turn in it. Stay on guard since there’s another Necromancer patrolling this section. After the few turns, you can find a small chamber with a few crates and barrels that you can loot. Turn to the Southwest and go down this tunnel.

As you approach the end of the tunnel, you can find a split. One path runs to the South while the other continues to the West. If you go to the South, this will lead you toward the boss room. Going to the east will lead you into the loop that will bring you back to the front of the cave.

Head to the West and go through the next chamber. This only has a Necromancer pacing about it. Go across it and you’ll find a split in the path. One goes forward into a small chamber while the other heads to the South. Get to the pit and look down into it. You can find the Boss Necromancer along with a few undead minions.

Going to the South leads you toward the back of the cave. Going forward leads to a small chamber with another Necromancer. That one also has a tunnel going to the North then West. Explore the small chamber then turn to the Northeast.

Taking the Southern path, head to the West. There is likely an animal pacing about this area. Follow the path over to the West. This will bring you into another chamber. Search to the North to find another Necromancer patrolling the area. Defeat them. Go to the Northeast part of the room and take the slope you. You’ll find a door. This will lead you back into the entrance area of the cave.
With all that explored, its time to head to the Southern path of the cave. Head back to the West and then Southward through the chamber there. Go back through the Southeastern tunnel. Look for the Southern path leading off that one.

When you back into the back half, both tunnels lead to a connected one that runs East and West. Turn to the West to reach the next chamber of the cave. This chamber has 2 Necromancers patrolling around it. As you enter the chamber, look to the South to find a small rise. Sitting on top of that you can find a Chest. Head to the West through the chamber.

Go along the short, next tunnel. This will bring you into the largest chamber. Turn to the South, you will find a large pit in it. You can find a coffin along the Eastern side of the pit you can loot. After that, turn to the North and look the stairs up to the far side of the pit. Just to the left of the stairs to find a Chest. Take the stairs on up after that. There’s another Chest at the top of the stairs on the left.
