It’s time for a new house! Once you reach Bravil, you can purchase a house here. It costs 4,000 gold to buy the house itself. You can purchase it from the local lord Count Regulus Terentius. He’ll direct you to Nilawen at The Fair Deal. From Nilawen, you can purchase the 6 upgrades costing a base of 650 gold each (3,900 gold total). Purchasing and upgrading will cost you a total of 7,900 gold.

Buying the Shack

Once you’ve arrived in Bravil, you can visit Count Regulus Terentius. Talking with him, increase his disposition to 50 or above. This can easily be done with bribery, or playing the mini-game. Once this is done, talk to him about “Buying a House”. He doesn’t have anything good to say about the place. Still, Count Terentius will sell it to you for 4,000 gold.

Visit the Bravil House

Once the purchase is complete you will want to leave the Castle. The house is found on the Southwestern island of Bravil. It sits across from The Archer’s Paradox and just underneath Luciana Galena’s House. Get across the bridge and over to the left. The door into the house sits at ground level.

Once inside, you can take a quick look around to see the house only has a bed and a table. It’s enough to survive. But there is a lot more that can be added.

Upgrading the Bravil House

Leave the house and head back across the bridge. Go to the Eastern side of Bravil. It’s easy enough to find The Fair Deal. Go inside and you’ll find Nilawen behind the counter during business hours. Talk with him and go into Bartering. Under the miscellaneous you can find the House Upgrades:

• House Dining Area
• House Kitchen Area
• House Racks Assortment
• House Reading Area
• House Storage Area
• House Wall Hangings

Each house upgrade has a base cost of 650 gold. It will run you 3,900 gold to purchase all 6 upgrades. The quest will complete when all 6 upgrades have been purchase.
