Summary:

Final Justice is the fourth Dead Drop Contract in the Dark Brotherhood questline. Your target is Shaleez, a deranged Argonian assassin hiding within the Flooded Mine north of Bravil. After completing the assassination, you'll collect your payment and receive your next assignment, A Matter of Honor, at Fort Redman.

Walkthrough

Dead Drop Contract

Make your way to the Old Bridge. Underneath the Eastern foot, you can find the Rotten Box. Inside here, you will find the Dead Drop Contract #4. You are directed to go to the Flooded Mine. This is found just North of Bravil. Inside there, you need to eliminate the killer Shaleez.

The Flooded Mine

Travel to Bravil and head to the Northern gate or the nearby stable. Just head along the road the short distance to the Flooded Mine. Just head up the hill to find the Cave itself.

Shaleez

The Flooded Mine lives up to its name, with water filling almost all of the mine. It helps to have a Waterbreathing spell, but there are plenty of air pockets so it’s not necessary (just a little faster).

Inside, go forward and down the slope into the water that fills the mine. Dive underwater and swim to the North. You’ll see an opening in the wall. Head on through it.

This will bring you to the next chamber’s entrance. Head over to the East and surface. Head to the Northeast and through the archway. Take the nearby slope up. This will bring you Shaleez’s campsite.

Finding Shaleez can be a little tricky, but the Flooded Mine isn’t that big. It helps a lot to have equipment that has Life Detection on it, or as an active spell.

Shaleez Daily Schedule:

• 10pm-5am – Sleeps at Camp
• 5am-6am – Wanders the Flooded Mine
• 6am-8am – Breakfast
• 8am-10pm – Swim or walk around the Flooded Mine

You can easily search her camp to find a number of supplies in the crates and barrels scattered around.

At this point, you can head on out of the Flooded Mine. There isn’t a lot in here beyond a boss chest sitting in the Northeast corner of the largest chamber.

The Next Dead Drop Contract

You need to head to Fort Redman next. This fort is North-North East of Leyawiin.

Once you reach the fort, head to the Eastern side of the fort itself. You’ll find a doorway leading into the fort’s courtyard. If you circle around to the West, you’ll find an archway nearby the shore of the river. There are likely some enemies moving around here. Mostly Bandits.

Eitherway, once inside, head to the Southern part of the ground level. You’ll find the entrance to Fort Redman itself. Just to the right of it is the coffin you’re looking for. Search of the Coffin to find your payment as well as your next assignment contract: A Matter of Honor. Plus a Schedule.
