Learn how to complete Whispers of Death in Oblivion Remastered. Visit the Night Mother, report new contracts to Arquen, and earn a weekly reward of 500 Gold as the Listener.
Summary
Perform your duties as Listener. Go to the Lucky Old Lady Statue in Bravil and interact with it. The Night Mother will whisper the details of contracts. You are to bring them back to Arquen for her to dispatch among the Dark Brotherhood.
This quest can be done once a week. You will receive 500 gold upon reporting to Arquen.
Walkthrough
Talk with Arquen
To begin this quest, you will need to head into the Cheydinhal Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary. Inside, you need to talk with Arquen. She will ask you to go and visit the Night Mother. After hearing from the Night Mother, you need to report back to her.
Visit the Night Mother
Head to Bravil and make your way to the Lucky Old Lady Statue in the plaza nearby the Chapel. Approach and interact with the statue. Instead of receiving the blessing, you will hear the Whispers of the Night Mother. She will describe a contract to the Hero. Simply listen.
Report to Arquen
When the Hero has heard the Contract(s), it’s time to head back to the Cheydinhal Brotherhood Sanctuary. Go inside to talk with Arquen. She will listen to you and then pay you.
