Entrance

Kindred Cave is found along the northern bank of the Panther River in the Blackwood. If you search to the shore east of the Cave entrance you can find a Nirnroot. There can be a good number of Clouded Funnel Caps and Dragon’s Tongue plant scattered around. There can be Wilderness creatures and Mud Crab. Either you can approach it from above or easily from the river using the stairs.
Kindred Cave

Start by heading down the slope. Reaching the first chamber you’ll find a few Necromancers there. Sitting in the middle of the room is a Chest you can loot. There can be a few rats as well. Head to the Northwest and through the tunnel here.

In the next chamber you could find a necromancer or two. Head over to the Western side, go onto the rise. You’ll find a Locked Chest (Average) sitting there nearby some mushrooms. After that, head to the North, then turn to the East and go down the tunnel.
In the following chamber, you will find a Locked Chest (Average) over on the Western side of it. Turn to the East after that. Follow the path to the North into the adjacent chamber.
This chamber has a Spriggan. Depending on the timing, you can also encounter a few Necromancers and a Will-o-the-Wisp. Inside here, you can find a Chest sitting on a crate. Look to the Right from it to find another Chest sitting in a small hole in the ground. Head to the West after that.

Getting into this large chamber you will find a new more necromancers. This chamber is something akin to a lecture hall with a dead Goblin displayed on a slate above the pit with numerous chairs. Just to the West of the Goblin is a Locked Chest (Hard). If you look under the “lectern” where the dead Goblin is, you will find a short tunnel that leads you to the Runways. Before going there though, head to the West. Sitting along the Western upper lip of the sunken area, you can find a Chest.
Heading to the West you can find a campsite and likely an animal nearby it. Go to the Western side to find a rise with a Chest. After that, you can continue to the West and open the door to the Winding Hollows. But there’s a little more to explore first.
From there, head to the North. This brings you to a small crypt with an Undead in it. There’s a Locked Chest (Average) in this crypt.
Kindred Cave Runways

Getting into the Runways through the tunnel under the lectern, you will need to start by heading up the slope. Go along the path around the corners. This will bring you into the first chamber.
Look to the Eastern side to find a Chest nearby the rise in the corner. Go to the Northwest and follow the tunnel to the West into the adjacent chamber.
This chamber can have the Orc Adventurer. If you look to the Northern-most Rise, you can find a Chest. Go to the South after that to get into the next tunnel sloping upwards.
At the top of the slope, you can find another Necromancer and an Undead. Head over to the East to find a Chest sitting just across the middle of the room on the Northern side. Go to the East and head down to the slope.
Follow the tunnel to find a chamber. Look to the Northern side to find a Chest sitting nearby. Continue to the East after that. Go to the North at the far end of the chamber. There’s another Necromancer in the adjacent tunnel.
The next chamber likely has an Undead patrolling around it. Go to the North to the base of the rise there. You’ll find a Chest to loot. You can head to the North to follow a tunnel to a small off-shoot.
This leads to a moderate sized chamber with a pair of Necromancers inside it. There’s also a chest sitting in the Northeastern corner. Another Chest sits nearby the middle of the Western wall. Go back to the South.
And after that, go the West. This will lead you back into the loop. From there, you can easily head South and back to Kindred Cave itself.
Kindred Cave Winding Hollows

Getting into this area, you arrive in a small chamber. When you arrive, there is a Chest sitting in front of the crate that’s just in front of you. You can encounter an Undead here. This room has 2 exits, 1 going to the West and 1 going to the East. Both lead into the same loop.
Start by heading to the East, taking the slope upwards. When it levels out, look around the corner to find a few Necromancers. Defeat them and take a moment to head to the South.
In the short tunnel South, you can find a Chest sitting on the Western side. Keep going to the South to find a small chamber. There’s a Necromancer mandering around here. Look to the Southern edge to find a Locked Chest (Average), behind the coffins.
After that, head to the North. You’ll find a split in the path. Going to the North, you’ll find a small chamber. Sitting to the West of the way by the entrance to the chamber is a Chest.
Going to the West after that, you can find a larger chamber. There’s likely a Necromancer in here. Go to the Northwest after that to continue forward.
Go to the North and then turn to the West. In this small chamber, you’ll see a stone pillar running in the middle of it. Look on the Northwestern side to find a Chest sitting on the ground. Turn to the West and follow the tunnel downward.
This will lead to a chamber with a large brazier sitting in the middle. There’s likely an Undead patrolling around it. Turn to the East to find a Locked Chest (Average) sitting just past the middle. Head to the South to continue forward.
