Walkthrough
This small cavern is found in the Nibenay Basin found to the West of Vaermina’s Shrine.
When you enter, there’s a very good chance of an animal lying in wait just inside. Quickly dispatch them. Go forward and look to the left around the corner to find another animal. Eliminate them and head to the West toward the opening in the wall.
Pass through the short tunnel into the next chamber. In here, expect to encounter another few animals. One is likely across from where you entered. Another close to the middle of the chamber. The last one in this chamber is found on the Northern end of it.
Take a little time to search along the Southern wall, close to the middle of this second chamber. You’ll be able to find a chest tucked into a small alcove found there. After that, turn to the Northwest to reach the far end. Follow the tunnel to the East to reach the final chamber.
Following the tunnel down its slope, you will arrive in the final chamber of the Cavern. Ahead of you, you can easily see 2 more animals that will attack if they notice you. After that, head to the Northern end of the chamber and look to the East.
In this final portion, you can find Sibylla Draconis wandering around. If you have “Next of Kin” as an active quest, she’s one of your targets. She’s likely to attack you regardless. You can then search her little campsite to see what’s there. You can find some food items in the barrels and sacks. A bottle of cheap wine on the table. A bedroll to sleep in but that’s it.
Just head on out of the cavern the same way you came in.
