A simple guide to cover the water-logged cave found in Nibenay Basin. It’s located to the North of Cheydinhal.

It’s very important to have waterbreathing equipment/scrolls/spells to fully explore this cave.

Entrance

There are a number of useful plants scattered around the entrance of the cave. Otherwise it's a very accessible cave to duck into for an easy experience.

Quickwater Cave

You start by heading down the tunnel and to the first landing. Look to the right (West) to find a small chamber just off to the side of it. This small chamber has a few animals inside it. Just defeat them to clear the room.

After that, head down the tunnel and into the first chamber.

Getting here, you will encounter some enemies. One is to the right, the other sits in the back left. As you head for the back left, look on the small rise to find a Chest you can loot.

After that, look to the Southwestern corner here you can find a door leading into another chamber. There’s another creature to worry about. You’ll see another tunnel leading to the West that drops into a pool of water. To the South is another tunnel so you can explore.

This tunnel has 2 chambers coming off it. One goes to the North and the other goes to the West.

Going to the North off this tunnel, you can find another Creature to fight. Head to the Northern side of the room to find a Chest to loot. Go to the East from there. Another Creature blocks the entrance.

Head into the water-logged chamber to the West off that Western tunnel. There isn’t anything in there. So just go through there for the map completion.

Go to the Southwestern tunnel of the main level. This leads down into more water. This just quickly leads to the door that will bring you into the secondary (and very small) area.

Quickwater Sump

This area is mostly filled with water. You will be encountering a few Slaughterfish/mud crabs in this first chamber. Go forward to the West and into the narrow tunnel.

This will bring you into a bigger chamber. Swim to the ceiling of this chamber to find a floating chest. There’s nothing else here like it. Continue to the North after that to go into the next chamber. But to go forward, you’ll want to head through the tunnel leading to the South.

Going to the North and through the small tunnel to a smaller Northern chamber. There is another Slaughterfish or two. But nothing else otherwise.

Going to the South you can find it turns to the West through a tunnel. This leads to the a two-part chamber. There isn’t too much beyond a few Slaughterfish. But that will let you see the last of the cave. Circle around to see the whole map. After that, just head on out of the cave.
