Summary

Explore Mapla Point Cave by carefully entering it to avoid the current flowing OUT of it. Inside there are 3 chambers to explore. The first chamber has a chamber above it that can easily be accessed either by climbing or using Ascend. The Upper Chamber contains a Bubbulfrog.

Walkthrough

This cave is found along the Eastern edge of Mapla Point. Getting inside can be tricky. There is a current coming out of the cave, flowing to the East before turning South. You will need to work around this flow of water.

Throughout all 3 of the chambers, you can find Sticky Lizards. They are scattered about. You can expect to find them on the ceilings of each chamber.

Once you do get inside the cave, you’re inside the first chamber. Take some time to sweep around the outside of it. You can find a number of Ore and Rare Ore Deposits. If you’re lucky, there can also be some Luminous Stone Deposits as well. There are also plenty of Brightbloom Seeds, as well as the odd Hearty Truffle if you search carefully.

You’re ALMOST done with this section of the cave. Take a moment to look up to the Northern part of the ceiling of this first chamber. You can see an opening above you. Either climb up or use Ascend to reach this Upper Chamber.

Inside the Upper chamber, you can see a number of other holes leading down into the First Chamber. It’s up in this chamber that you can find the Bubbulfrog that is hidden here. There are a number more Brightbloom Seeds that can be found scattered throughout this chamber. Collect them if needed. You can find at least a few more Ore Deposits as well to smash.

Sitting there is a boulder blocking access to the second chamber of this cave. Use Ultrahand to grab and move this rock. Go on through the opening into the next chamber. Searching around this chamber, you can find more Brightbloom Seeds as well as a few Brightcaps. There’s also a chance for a Big Hearty Truffle in the back as well.
