In the mission A Deadly Performance, after entering Theatre Royal you need to take your sear inside the auditorium.

There is a Circular Green Icon leading you towards the main auditorium. Or you can follow the other people going in. Reach the row of seats and you will find a seat near Reginald Birch. A cutscene will trigger.
