"Use the Rope Dart to pull 3 guards" is an optional mission objective in Sequence 11 / Memory 03: ... Everything Is Permitted

This is a very easy objective to pull off. The best time to use the Rope Dart against Foes is when you are facing Brutes. This nulls their ability to directly counter your attack. Just pull them in toward you. After that, kill them. Just know you need to pull 3 unique targets, not the same target 3 times.
