Neorion Naval Arsenal is south of Krokodilopolis.
- The Naval arsenal you are looking for to find your target is about 450 meters away from where you find the body of the soldier.
- Start making your way there.
- Stop at about 100 meters out to use Senu to scout the location to make the soldiers, Commanders, and to find your target, Melina the Hibiscus.
- Neorion Naval Arsenal, like any Restricted location, can be challenging if you simply charge in without much preparation.
- It is suggested to approach from the South, to the West of the bridge leading toward it.
- Dive into the water to the East of the Arsenal and swim pat the large rock on the shore to avoid getting noticed by the Guards.
- Go to the section of wall with the slight band of rock between the pillars to start climbing up to infiltrate the Arsenal itself.
- Wait for the patrolling guard to pass by you before you cross the walkway (or wait for them to be well past you).
- Go across the walkway and locate your target in the practice paddock below you.
- Get her from above with an Aerial Assassination.
- You will find a letter from Sehetep on her, telling her to poison the crocodiles in the temple, not killing them, just confusing them and having a dramatic effect.
