"Kill the disguised Templars" is a mission objective in Sequence 6 / Memory: A Thorne In The Side
Walkthrough[edit]
After you finish talking with the Allied Guard, more Royal Guards will enter the courtyard Evie is in. To find the impostors you will need to use Eagle Vision
Take to the nearby rooftop and cross over it to the South. Look down toward the hedgerow. You will find the first disguised Templar there.
This Templar Agent will patrol the small courtyard he is in. There are at least 2-4 Royal Guards in the area. If you need to remove any, go for the knockout and then hide the unconscious guard between the hedges.
Move in the Templar Impostor after you thin out the Royal Guards if there are a lot patrolling around them. You can also simple wait at the Southern end of the Courtyard this impostor is patrolling. He will come over into that area. Get to the Western edge of the Southern bushes, just South of the Fountain. Once he is there, whistle at him to lure him to Evie for a quick cover assassination. You can also head out of cover for a quick stealth assassination. Just be sure to hide the body after that.
Head over to the East from where you dealt with the first Templar.
Use the Rope launcher to quickly reach the top edge of the building. Do not climb up onto the rooftop. There are 2 Guards watching both ends of the building.
Head to the Eastern end and look downward to start tracking the Impostor Guard you are after.
This one wanders a simple route. They walk around the Northeastern building, following its Northern and Eastern side.
You can take advantage of this to get a Throwing Knife kill on him without much trouble. Just be sure that he has gone up the nearby stairs. You can also use the nearby hanging barrels for that exact purpose.
Turn to the South having dealt with the Second Impostor however you chose. From there, get to the rooftops to the Southeast of you.
Make your way to the central in the Tower of London complex. Climb up onto any of the Towers on it. This will let you see the final Templar Impostor.
Just wait on the tower until the Impostor comes into range for a Throwing Knife. Quickly eliminate him to finish this objective.
