"Poison Kills 0/2" is an optional mission objective in Sequence 11 / Memory 01: Bottom of the Barrel
Walkthrough[edit]
The easiest way to complete this objective is available just after it becomes available. Head over to the room just to your left (North). Throw a cherry bomb in the back left corner of the room. This will lure the two guards there. Follow that up with a Poison Gas bomb. Take cover inside the room and just wait after that. They will recover around the mid-point mark. Throw a second grenade at them to finish them off. The two guards will drop shortly.
