Prisoner Processing is a location in Blackgate Prison in Batman: Arkham Origins
It is where the Inmates gets processed before getting sent to their Block A Holding Cells
Processing includes mugshots, fingerprinting, shower, prison uniforms, and orientation.

Activate Detective Vision. Throw your Batarang at the Control Switch (red button) to the right of the big door:
Run and slide under the door
Proceed through the room and enter the elevator Shaft. Use the Explosive Gel to blow the floor beneath you:
