The Thrall Foreman Grall is a Boss.

This massive thrall wields twin dark energy blades to hunt those who would attack the factory he guards.
He can preform a single swipe to knock back those in front of him. He also a quick two slash combo. He will mostly perform a basic slash as a primary attack on any single opponent engaging him.
Reduce the Thrall by ~25% health and it will shield itself. This will happen again when he reaches 50& health. This will cause a number of Varelsi will appear around it. To do more damage to the Foreman, you need to destroy the Phantoms that he has released when his shield went up. You will also see Scavens and Skulks emerge from the shield as well. All the released Varelsi have to be defeated before the shield will go down.
Varelsi will keep coming out of the portal that has appeared above the Foreman. They will continue to spawn until the Foreman is defeated.
Once again, at 50% health, the Foreman will shield himself. Defeat the Foreman Phantoms once again and the released Varelsi to disable the shield.
At 25% health, the foreman will become invulnerable for a time and mutant again. He will get stronger and release more Varelsi as well. Just quickly kill him once the invulnerability wears off.
