- One of the bodies in the quest area has a bloodstained letter. You need to search that particular corpse in order to finish the quest "The Cause of the Problem". Keep searching all the bodies inside the building until you find the correct body and complete the quest objective. You have to press "Look Closer" after interacting with the body.
