The "Marcus Paintings" are found in T.K. Baha's Bloody Harvest DLC

In a house in the Western corner of Lavashore Village, you will find the ruins of a house. Inside it you will find these paintings. They seem to be of Marcus. Each has the same White on Black, vertical iris eyes. They will follow you as you move through the house.
