"Protect incoming shipment" is a mission objective in the side mission "Don't Get Cocky" in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel
Walkthrough[edit]
The Worker Bot will head out and away from the platform. It will grab grab the cargo container and slowly bring it in. You need to destroy all of the Space Derbis in the way to avoid it getting too damage.
over time, this cargo container will be under a lot of assault. From the Space Debris, Meteors and Lost Legion Fighters. Focus on the Debris, fighters then Meteors to make things a bit easier for you.
This whole process is a timer. You need to watch the health of your incoming shipment. When it gets into the yellow, you need to really start worrying about it.
