The Champion’s tunic is a piece of armor which goes on the chest in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. This piece of armor can be worn after regaining a memory from 100 years prior to the game’s set time and talking to Impa afterwards. It has a base defense of 8, but can be upgraded to a whopping 32! This piece of armor cannot be dyed, because it is a garment made for the hero. It also lets you look at an enemy’s health number, seen above the bar.
