  • Inside the room, go over to the left to find Cynthia and her Shady Ripperdoc.
  • There are a number of options for this conversation to go.
  • The best outcome will come from a set of specific responses.
    • "Your husband sent me."
    • "Go on -let's hear it."
  • Cynthia will explain what has happened, that she has had a total body sculpt, changing everything about her appearance.
  • This means that any child she has will look like what she originally did and not as she does.
