Walkthrough

• Make your way to the Eastern side of the building you saw the former Militia member drag the woman into.
• The door is locked so you cannot get in that way.
• Go 1 building to the North and duck down, slipping in through the opening below the adjacent building.
• Slip through and approach the back door of the area to trigger a cutscene.
