There is 1 Dead Ghost to be found in Bunker RAS-2. They can be collected on any mission or during a patrol. Each Ghost can only be collected once per account.
Ghost 1[edit]
This area is accessed from the Forgotten Shore. Head up the slope to the marked building beyond the Tugboat you find the Dead Ghost in:
Head inside the building and look for the stairs leading downward. Follow the stairs all the into the Bunker. At the very bottom of the stairs after you enter the bunker, look beneath them. The Ghost should be there. This one doesn't always appear.
