This can be triggered during Escape the Hellmouth
Make your way to this room quickly, with minimal stopping:
This will take you into the Dusk Warren. Follow this to the teleporter.
Make your way to the teleporter that leads into the ketch. Ride it up inside the Ketch. Follow this through to the next room, Traitor's Ketch. This will begin a 10 minute timer with the next objective.
