This objective has you collecting Fallen Bio-Grafters from the Devilsplicers spread throughout the Plaguelands.
Depending on the foe defeated, you will get different numbers of Fallen Bio-Grafters. Dregs and Vandals tend to drop just 1. Captains and Servitors will drop 2. Elites will drop more Grafters.
