There is 1 Dead Ghosts to be found in Giants' Pass. They can be collected on any mission or during a patrol. Each Ghost can only be collected once per account.

You are looking to arrive at a circular device. The biggest tell though of the Ghost's location is the singular tree in the area:
Head over to the tree. This is easily done with some jumping. Go look in the tree's roots. Specifically, look between the tree and the rocks that are nearby it. In there you will find the missing Dead Ghost.
