There are 2 Dead Ghost to be found in Hall of Wisdom. They can be collected on any mission or during a patrol. Each Ghost can only be collected once per account.
Ghost 1[edit]
Head into the Hall of Wisdom to where you encounter the Knight and the Shrieker. Head for the first pit on the left-hand side of this room. If you can Double Jump and Glide, then you just quickly and easily reach this Ghost from the entrance side. Just arch around the marked section and you will reach the Dead Ghost.
If you can't glide, you can still reach it. Head around to the far side of the pit (dealing with all the Hive on the way. Look along the right-hand side of it. There you'll find a small path you can follow or at least Double Jump from to reach the Dead Ghost:

This Dead Ghost is only available during the Shrine of Oryx Mission
Head into the Hall of Wisdom to where you encounter the Knight and the Shrieker. Head for the first pit on the left-hand side of this room. Head into the chandelier room that leads toward the Shrine of Oryx. Climb up the pillar in the back left. There is a nest of wires to the left of the doorway. Climb into that nest using your jump. Get on the ledge just behind it. You will find the ghost near the column going up to the ceiling.
