Warmind Rasputin is an Artificial Intelligence NPC in Destiny.
This Warmind Level AI was before The Collapse. Both the Fallen and the Guardians know he is still active. They both want to find out what this AI is protecting in the Cosmodrome.
Rasputin is very silent and only reaches out when in dire need of assistance. "He" is responsible for the Guardians gaining the Sleeper Simulant. There is also a possibility that he had control of SIVA.
