Raising Spirits is a Side Quest in Diablo 4

The city militia is bolster its ranks with fresh blood.

Guard Boza has asked me to inspire the militia trainees near the eastern gatehouse in Kyovashad. A quick cheer should lift their spirits.

This side quest is very fast and easy to complete.
Found in Kyovashad, you just need to go and talk with Guard Boza to start it.
She explains that she can't be seen as "too nice" and needs you to help her by encouraging the trainees.
She explains that she needs you to go and encourage the trainees by cheering for them.
Head to the North and through the gate there to find the group of people in training.
Go among them and hit the prompted buttons to bring up your emotes.
Select the Cheer emote to complete this step.
After that, head back to Guard Boza.
Talk with her once again to complete the quest.
