Background

After you escape Coldridge Prison, Samuel smuggles you across the river. He works for the Loyalists, an underground movement opposed to the illegal reign of the Lord Regent. He brings you to Hound Pits Pub to meet the other members of his organization.

For every new mission, Samuel will take you on his boat to the next destination area.
