Mortimer Ramsey is a character in Dishonored 2
He is an officer in the Dunwall Tower Guard.
Story[edit]
Ramsey lets the Duke of Serkonos, Luca Abele enter the Throne Room with the Grand Serkonan Guard, Clockwork Soldiers, and Delilah Copperspoon.
Ramsey will knock out the protagonist and take the Signet Ring in an attempt to access the Safe Room.

- To get back the Signet Ring, you must either kill Ramsey, or knock him unconscious and lock him in the Safe Room.
