If you cannot locate this email, please try again in 10 minutes to have a new access code sent.

The email you get will have your access code (instead of "XXXXXX"), which you should then type into the launcher.
What if you don't get the email?[edit]
If you didn't receive the email, try the following:
- Wait a couple of minutes. It can take time for the email to arrive.
- Check your spam folders
- Make sure you are checking the email account associated with your Elder Scrolls Online UserID
- Try again after 10 minutes for a new access code
