Head down the side of the hill to the south. Make for the marker that sits at the river's edge. Apparently Treethane Dailithil was tagging along a bit to see what you were learning.

Firwin's father, Thulendor came back, after all this time. But he wasn't the same. Something ... changed him.
He attacked me! I asked him where he'd taken Firwin, and he bit me.
