An accomplished Mage and a very skilled archer. He has the blessing of Hircine and come summon up Werewolves when given the chance.
Fighting the Hound[edit]
The Hound is a ranged fighter. He will immediately pull out a bow and start attacking you. After taking some damage he will call in a Werewolf to aid him. It will keep at range until you attract its attention. Even if you do, get it close to The Silvenar and there's a chance he will transform it back into a person. It saves you having to defeat it so you can focus your resources on taking down The Hound.
