Walkthrough[edit]
Make your way to the Ferris Wheel. Go to the Western side of the Ferris Wheel itself. You will find a Park Medallion Dispenser.
Interact with it to get a Ferris Wheel Medallion. This is one of the Ride Medallions for the quest.

- The Ferris Wheel can be ridden once power is restored to the park after Power Play.
