Retrieve Memory 0H-3X0P is a quest objective in the mission Best Left Forgotten in Fallout 4: Far Harbor.

Walkthrough[edit]
Head straight forward to the first gap. There is a wall of 9 blocks. Collect them using the simulation workshop and just use two to fill in the gap. This will make sure you have plenty of blocks in stock.
Clearing out the blocks will reveal a Firewall. THe decoder beam will clear out the Firewall in front of you. This gives access to the first plaza.
On the other side is another Code Block. Place one of the Code Blocks from that first wall onto the one in the plaza. This will give you a small pillar to work with.
Turn and look somewhat back toward the start of the area. To the right of where the first wall was you will find some blocks making a stair case, Jump up them.
Just above the next firewall you will see a small area. Use the Code Blocks you have collected. Use 3 of them to create a small walkway to reach the area above you.
In this area you will find a Decoder Relay. Grab it and place it on the pillar you built earlier. Turn the relay to have the beam reach the next Firewall.
With the Firewall down, you will want to grab the Code Blocks behind it. Turn around and head past the pillar you built. Use the Code Blocks to fill in the gaps.
Turn back to the pillar. Move it over a few blocks. This will let you move the Decoder Beam into the blocks that will redirect it. This will send the beam through to the next Firewall and grant access beyond.
Use the blocks you gained access to so you can fill in the gaps for the bugs. Be sure to store the Decoder Relay.
With the gaps filled and decoder relay stored, turn to the right of the gap. You will see another stair case that you can climb. Jump up it and then follow the Decoder Beam.
You will find the target zone to hit with the Decoder Beam. Build a pillar using the Code Blocks and Decoder Relay. This will break the final Firewall.
Drop back down to the plaza from the upper area and collect many missing Code Blocks. This is the last gap you need to fill to have the bugs start collecting the data. Be sure to put 2 Defense Constructs on one side of this bridge you are building. Put one more on the other side. The bugs need to be protected.
With the path built, head back to the plaza. To the right of the Pillar you built, put 2 Defense Constructs on the right-hand side. This will protect against the Drones coming in after the bugs.
Now, wait for the bugs to collect the data. It will take a while as always.
