Accept Sierra's offer is a quest objective in the mission Cappy in a Haystack in Fallout 4: Nuka World.

Walkthrough[edit]
Talk with Sierra and tell her that you are going to stop the power.
Head to the Northern wall and interact with the Main Control Panel. This will let you power down the machines and most of the Vault. It will open the security door to your left as well.
Go inside past the mixing station to collect your rewards.
