Walkthrough

Follow Small Bertha into the Bait Shop. You will find Teddy Wright and Captain Avery arguing. Convince them that is a good idea and everything will go forward to complete the quest.

Strategy Guide/Tips

• What happens to the Settlers is determined by what you chose to do. Kill Malcolm for them or warning them of him will allow you to have Echo Lake Lumber as a Settlement.
• If you let Malcolm live and send the Settlers there, you will still gain it as a Settlement, but Malcolm will have killed off the initial settlers.
