- Go over to the East of the Mount Blair workshop, and just to the North of Abandoned Mine Shaft 6 to the remains of the factory.
- Go through to the Eastern side of the factory and look on the metal table there.
- You will find the final Overseer's Journal, Entry 6 sitting outside.
